1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 77cz ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino platform accessible at https://77cz.cam.

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 77cz platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them. 2 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account with 77cz, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required under the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction or your country of residence, whichever is greater.
• You are a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the Platform or on any other gambling platform operated by the same entity.
• You do not hold, nor have you previously held, another registered account with 77cz (duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited).
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or nominee of any third party.
• The funds you deposit are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity.

4 Registration & KYC Verification

To register an account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information as requested in the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address.

You warrant that all information you provide is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification is required to unlock the full functionality of your account, including the processing of withdrawal requests. As part of the KYC process, 77cz may require you to submit the following:

• A clear, unobstructed copy or photograph of a valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., a Pakistani CNIC or a valid passport);
• Proof of residential address — typically an official document such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months;
• A selfie or liveness verification to confirm that the identity document belongs to you;
• Documentation confirming the source and ownership of the payment method used to make deposits.

77cz reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including during ongoing AML reviews or where unusual account activity is detected. Accounts where KYC cannot be satisfactorily completed may be restricted or closed, and any balance may be subject to further review.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify 77cz immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your account. 77cz will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Where the Platform offers two-factor authentication (2FA), you are strongly encouraged to enable this feature. 77cz reserves the right to require additional authentication steps where unusual account activity is detected.

Sharing, selling or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited. All account activity conducted through your login credentials is your responsibility, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have previously notified 77cz of a security breach in accordance with this clause.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are processed through the cashier section of your account. The payment methods available to you will be displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Availability may vary based on your location, account verification status and prevailing technical constraints.

Certain payment options familiar to users in Pakistan — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, or bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may appear as reference points, but their actual availability as deposit or withdrawal channels must be confirmed in your cashier. Reference to these providers does not constitute endorsement of gambling by those providers, nor does it guarantee that those providers permit such transactions.

The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is as displayed in the cashier for each payment method. Where PKR-denominated accounts are available, amounts are expressed in Pakistani Rupees.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are only processed after KYC verification has been completed. The withdrawal method must, where possible, match the deposit method used.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the 77cz platform are subject to the rules of the specific product (sportsbook, live casino, slots, table games, esports) in which the bet is placed. Product-specific rules are published within each game or market interface and must be reviewed before placing a wager.

General rules applicable to all products include:

• A bet is deemed confirmed and binding once it has been accepted by the system and a confirmation has been displayed. Once confirmed, bets cannot be altered or cancelled by the User unless a specific "cash out" or cancellation feature is offered and the conditions for its use are met at that time.
• Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.
• In the sportsbook, markets on Pakistan cricket fixtures — including PSL matches, bilateral T20 series and ICC tournaments — are subject to specific cricket betting rules regarding match abandonment, weather interruption, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern calculations and event voiding. • 77cz reserves the right to void any bet that is placed at an erroneous or manifestly incorrect price, and to apply corrections in such circumstances.
• Any bet placed using technical exploits, software vulnerabilities, or in abuse of a pricing error will be voided and the relevant account may be subject to review or suspension.

For live casino games, the rules of each game are governed by the game provider. Results from certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems or live dealer procedures are final once settled.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

77cz may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, reload offers, loyalty rewards and referral incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and must be read in full before claiming.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before they or any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's terms.
• Maximum bet during bonus: A maximum per-bet stake typically applies while a bonus is active. Placing bets that exceed this limit may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

• Maximum cash-out: Many promotions cap the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. Any amount exceeding this cap will be forfeited.
• Minimum qualifying deposit: Where a deposit is required to trigger a bonus, the minimum qualifying deposit is stated in the offer terms. Deposits below this threshold will not activate the bonus.

9 Prohibited Conduct

Users of the 77cz platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of circumventing restrictions applied to an existing account;
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age, or knowingly allowing an underage person access to your account;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human means to interact with the sportsbook or casino products;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, pricing anomalies or technical glitches in the Platform's software for financial gain;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of cheating or fraudulent activity;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal or illegal activity;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to using multiple accounts, VPNs or false identity information to claim promotional offers more than once;
• Using the Platform in a manner that violates the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff, support agents or other users;
• Attempting to access areas of the Platform for which you do not have authorised access.

77cz reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including but not limited to account suspension, permanent closure, withholding of balances pending investigation, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

77cz reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without advance notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request;
• Detection of suspicious activity indicating potential fraud, money laundering or bonus abuse;
• Court order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement request;
• The User's voluntary request to close or self-exclude their account.

Where an account is closed other than for cause, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the User via the original deposit method where possible, subject to completion of KYC and AML checks. Bonus Funds and any pending wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Users may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting the support team through Live Chat or the Help Centre. Voluntary closure does not exempt the User from any obligations accrued prior to closure.

11 Responsible Gambling

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform's content;
• Modify or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use any automated tool to scrape, index or collect data from the Platform;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website without 77cz's prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence under applicable law.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77cz, its directors, employees, licensors, agents and affiliates shall not be liable to you for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business or anticipated savings;
• Any interruption of service, technical failure or data loss arising from circumstances outside 77cz's reasonable control, including but not limited to third-party network failures, payment processor outages or force majeure events;
• The accuracy, completeness or legality of any third-party content accessible via or linked from the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77cz makes no representation that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or malicious code.

Gambling involves financial risk and it is possible to lose the entire amount staked. 77cz does not guarantee any specific outcome of any bet or game, and no representations to that effect should be inferred from any promotional material.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77cz is licensed and incorporated, as specified in the Platform's licensing documentation.

Users acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to specific regulatory requirements or prohibitions in their country of residence. It is the User's sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with the laws of their jurisdiction. 77cz does not represent that its services are lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction, including Pakistan, and does not hold authorisation from any Pakistani government body, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority.

Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer or data protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

15 Amendments to These Terms

77cz reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 77cz will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice through a notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account.

The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page ("Last Reviewed"). We recommend that you review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those amendments.
